📦 Order Processing



  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, your order will be shipped, and a tracking number will be provided via email (when available).



Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.





⏱️ Delivery Estimates



We ship worldwide using trusted shipping partners. However, as we work with global suppliers, delivery times can vary.


Estimated Delivery Time: 3–9 business days


Please allow up to 20 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to arrive before contacting us about late delivery.


Delays may occur due to:


  • Customs or border control
  • Weather or natural events
  • Public holidays or local carrier backlogs



We appreciate your patience during busy periods or unforeseen delays.





🛃 Customs, Duties, and Import Fees



International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are:


- Included in the product or shipping prices


-The customer’s responsibility upon delivery if error occurs 


We do not refund orders refused due to unpaid customs charges.



📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

 



Once your package has been marked as “shipped” and tracking information has been provided, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, we recommend:


  1. Checking with neighbors or your local post office
  2. Waiting a few extra business days
  3. Contacting the carrier directly



If your package is returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal, we can:


  • Reship the order 
  • Or issue a refund minus original shipping fees






🚫 No Refunds for Shipping Delays

We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to shipping delays that are outside of our control.
